Job summary

The Cindy Slack Team, part of Keller Williams VIP Properties powered by PLACE, is seeking a motivated Buyers Agent in California. You will use PLACE systems to generate leads, host open houses, and convert prospects into qualified appointments while guiding clients through buying decisions.

You will join a coaching-driven environment with mentoring, scripts and role-playing to build confidence and a sustainable real estate business.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with CA license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prospecting and lead-generation ability.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Valid CA State license required to join the team (but not to apply).

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead-generation systems weekly.
• Host two open houses monthly.
• Turn prospecting into qualified appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice.
• Engage in team activities and uphold standards.
• Attend weekly coaching sessions and partner calls.
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and help clients identify homes.
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers for buyers.
• Track client relationships and follow-ups using PLACE Technology.
