Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Duluth, GA is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and drive revenue growth for a diverse client base. The role requires proactive prospecting, strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to manage relationships using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Occasional travel to client sites and industry events is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, and/or related experience.
• At least two years of sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities in the designated territory.
• Develop knowledge of industry trends, new products, services and broker practices.
• Analyze and implement products and services to meet client needs.
• Schedule regular client meetings during implementation.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts and meet quotas.
• Travel domestically as required to attend meetings and events.
