Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager in a hybrid role to help business clients achieve their financial goals. You will build a book from the ground up, source new clients, and deliver client-centric financial solutions across deposits and loans.

The position requires strong sales skills, knowledge of the local market, and the ability to collaborate across Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Credit Card teams. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of relevant experience.
• Strong business to business sales skills and ability to independently source and grow a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Allocate 65–70% of time to active prospecting, self-sourcing business, building a book from the ground up, and driving new client acquisition.
• Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
• Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
• Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
