• Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel to all Door to Door routes within the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts at the branch level.
• Collaborate in executing marketing programs to drive profit growth.
• Generate sales leads and support closing sales.
• Address customer complaints related to sales and service; manage cancellation requests.
• Organize ongoing training for sales personnel on service and selling techniques.
• Establish work procedures, schedules, and monitor branch sales performance.
• Develop and maintain performance standards and corrective strategies.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and staffing of 10+ reps; evaluate staff performance.
