Qualifications

• Experience in lending, collections, and delinquency management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth and profitability.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
• Review, approve, and close loans within guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to protect portfolio performance.
• Lead, train, and develop branch staff; ensure compliant operations.
