Columbia Mental Health seeks licensed therapists to join a supportive clinical team focused on empowering therapists and improving access to behavioral health care. New staff receive supervision and opportunities to gain licensure in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation (if required).
• Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists.
