Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Strong commitment to mental health and high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality commitments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admins, and therapists.
