Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks Mental Health Therapists to empower communities through accessible behavioral health care. We support emerging and early-career therapists with a collaborative clinical team that fosters growth toward licensure.

Join us to provide outpatient therapy, develop crisis and wellness plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists.
