Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in VA and/or MD or eligible for licensure by hire time.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance forms.
