Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or related field.
- Provisional license per state requirements if applicable.
- Currently pursuing licensure or licensed as per state regulations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
- Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
- Handle billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations timely.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, staff, and therapists.
