Job summary

Cortica in Chandler, AZ seeks dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and help design and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. This is a part-time role with a consistent schedule and a direct pay rate.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, including autism is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree may be preferred for certain roles.
• Able to travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols and reporting requirements.
