Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and deliver life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer paid training, flexible part-time schedules, and opportunities to advance within a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming ABA model.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, autism experience a plus.
• High School or equivalent or higher education; bachelor’s/master’s preferred.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start (training provided).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (30–40 minute radius).
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based practices to create progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
