Job summary

Cortica Care is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join a team delivering life-changing ABA-based care for children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role emphasizes 1:1 and group services, with support from BCBA-led supervision and ongoing professional development.

We provide a 2-week in-person orientation, paid training, and a clear path to BCBA roles; travel between client sites is required within a 30–40 minute radius, with flexible part-time options and a strong referral

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism exposure is a plus.
• High school diploma or higher required; BCAT credential to be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA collaboration.
• Use evidence-based practices to drive meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to create supportive environments.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
