Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join a team focused on helping children with neurodevelopmental differences. The role offers a stable schedule, BCBA training, and a supportive environment designed to promote growth and meaningful outcomes.

You will receive paid training, a clear clinical ladder, and access to interdisciplinary collaboration with BCBA supervisors and therapists across related fields.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children, especially on the autism spectrum.
• Relevant degrees may be in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Comfort with running 1:1 and group sessions under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Complete Cortica's orientation and BCAT training.
