Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team in Tempe, AZ, delivering life-changing ABA care to children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will provide 1:1 and group services, following evidence-based behavior strategies and collaborating with BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; BA/MA preferred.
• Experience with children; autism experience a plus.
• Must be able to travel 30–40 minutes between client sites.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
