McKinnon Nissan & Toyota is hiring a Business Development Center Representative to engage customers by phone, email, and chat and to schedule dealership appointments. You will document interactions in the CRM and aim to meet monthly performance goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• BDC or call-center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and video calls.
• Maintains professional appearance and work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, and online chat to answer questions and schedule appointments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide useful information and solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Schedule follow-ups when an appointment isn’t immediately made.
• Use scripts and processes to schedule appointments and confirm them.
• Maintain the BDC appointment board and reschedule missed appointments.
• Update customer information and work toward monthly performance goals.
