Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Business Development Specialist in Broomfield, CO to drive outbound and inbound sales activities, generate qualified opportunities, and support distributor growth. You’ll collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service to advance opportunities and accelerate revenue in the Motion Safety segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of inside sales or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound and inbound sales campaigns to generate opportunities.
• Source new opportunities via inbound follow-up and outbound outreach.
• Qualify, route, and advance opportunities toward closes.
• Assist outside sales by following up on established deals.
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline with clear next steps.
• Maintain relationships with distributors and drive upsell/cross-sell.
• Enable distributors with talks tracks, training, and campaigns.
