Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Business Development Specialist in Colorado to drive outbound and inbound sales, build distributor relationships, and accelerate revenue in the Motion Safety segment.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service to execute campaigns, support field sales, and advance opportunities through the funnel.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls/emails.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound and inbound sales activity to generate qualified opportunities.
• Source new sales opportunities via inbound leads and outbound outreach.
• Qualify, route, and advance opportunities; support field sales and campaigns.
