Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of cash handling or retail banking experience required.
• Cross selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow banking center through high-value client relationships.
• Educate clients and resolve issues to build loyalty.
• Identify products and services via need-based sales.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones.
• Meet sales and service goals.
• Provide backup support to branches when needed.
• Handle teller duties and conduct complex transactions.
• Balance cash and verify totals daily.
• Train and mentor colleagues.
