Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring an Associate Account Executive – Growth Development Program for an early-career sales professional. You will build skills in prospecting, engage customers, and partner with Regional Directors to develop new business and prepare for a quota‑carrying Growth AE role.

You will earn a $60,000–$75,000 base salary, plus $25,000 in incentive pay. Total on‑target earnings (OTE) are $85,000–$100,000 annually. Must reside on the West Coast.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in sales, business development, or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Drive, coachability, and self-motivation.
• Comfort with prospecting and outbound outreach.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• CRM familiarity with Salesforce or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-up.
• Support strategic sales efforts with campaigns and territory planning.
• Engage prospects; qualify needs, schedule meetings, and deliver demos.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and use SalesLoft cadences.
• Participate in strategic initiatives and contribute to territory growth.
