Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Anderson, SC. The ASM will support customers with financial services, drive sales, and oversee daily store operations to ensure service excellence.

You’ll develop leadership skills through coaching, performance-based advancement, and cross-brand mobility across our eleven brands nationwide. A strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and compliance underpins the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Alabama).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Complete daily campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery while maintaining customer service.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives.
• Perform duties outside the office including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Support leadership in hosting in-store and community events.
• Maintain store security, openings/closings, vault and cash drawer.
