StoragePRO Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Cotati, CA to rent storage units, explain pricing, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will help keep the facility clean, secure, and well-maintained.

The role involves processing payments, collecting late fees, maintaining tenant records, promoting units, and occasionally covering multiple stores in the region. A valid driver’s license and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service is desirable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• US work authorization confirmed.
• Basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and explain options to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness and security.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance and report major issues.
• Maintain accurate tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Reports to District Manager.
• Attendance is an essential job function.
