Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple locations in California. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell supplies, perform daily unit inspections, and manage cash handling including deposits.

The role requires driving between properties and maintaining facilities to ensure spaces are ready to rent. Ideal candidates bring customer service/sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work full-time on flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure availability.
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls.
• Drive between properties as needed and maintain property conditions.
