Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and explain options and pricing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness and security.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Maintain tenant records and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Report to District Manager; attendance is essential.
• Cover multiple stores within the geographic area as needed.
