Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting team members; provide guidance and professional development.
• Prepare weekly financial snapshot for management.
• Assist in cash forecasting and reconciliations; support credit card administration and integration with accounting software.
• Prepare month-end close entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts; manage fixed assets and construction in progress.
• Maintain inventory and perform monthly cycle counts; handle various tax filings and registrations.
• Prepare billing and entries for complex contracts; support external audits and strengthen internal controls.
