Job summary

CFS is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead the month-end close, strengthen financial reporting, and partner with executive leadership during a growth phase. This in-office role offers strong visibility and opportunities to shape processes, controls, and automation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, and possess solid U.S. GAAP knowledge. CPA is strongly preferred and supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge; CPA strongly preferred with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
• Manage AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and general ledger activities.
• Support audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Drive process improvements and internal control enhancements.
• Supervise accounting personnel and coordinate with external partners.
