Medford Multicare Center is seeking an Admissions & Marketing Coordinator to drive census growth through marketing, outreach, and strong referral relationships. The role oversees admissions coordination, insurance verification, and daily census management, coordinating with nursing, social services, and admin to ensure smooth transitions of care.

The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and able to travel for outreach and marketing events.

Qualificações

• Energetic, outgoing personality with a polished and professional appearance.
• Strong marketing, sales, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or referral development is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate referrals, develop new relationships, and contribute to census growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in common office software; familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Actively market the facility to hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Establish and maintain strong referral partnerships and perform outreach to generate new admissions.
• Coordinate admissions and verify insurance coverage and eligibility to support reimbursement.
• Maintain daily census and track admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions and transitions of care.
