Creative Solutions in Healthcare seeks a reliable Marketing/Admissions Coordinator to grow census and strengthen community relationships. You will develop marketing plans, connect with hospitals and social service agencies, and manage admissions processes with independence and local travel.

Ideal candidates will have experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare admissions, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare-related admissions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel locally to establish community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans by connecting with discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies (minimum 24 hours/week).
• Drive community awareness by presenting to local organizations on long-term care and our services.
• Facilitate the admissions process by conducting facility tours and managing resident admissions.
• Track and report weekly marketing and admissions activity to leadership.
• Strengthen community relations by collaborating with internal teams on events and campaigns.
