Qualifications

• At least five years of bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, or related financial experience.
• Strong QuickBooks knowledge and payroll processing experience.
• Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform account reconciliations and prepare financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple divisions.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and year-end files.
• Support job-costing and budgeting with leadership.
