Qualifications

• 5–15 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong operational accounting and month-end close experience.
• Multi-entity and/or multi-site accounting experience required.
• CPA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process across multiple entities and locations.
• Supervise and mentor senior accounting staff.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Support acquisition integrations and standardization initiatives.
• Help build scalable accounting infrastructure and internal controls.
• Partner with leadership on reporting, automation, and improvements.
• Support location-level financial reporting and allocation methodologies.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance initiatives.
