• Assist customers with account questions, billing concerns, and service needs.
• Support warm and prospective leads through consultative conversations.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain accurate records in agency systems.
• Collaborate with team to achieve agency goals and deliver excellent service.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
