Rent-A-Center in Twin Falls, Idaho is seeking an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. The role includes deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections while maintaining store standards and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and meet daily collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver in-store, phone, and home-based customer service.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
