Grant Milling - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to help our Nashville agency grow by building meaningful customer relationships and proactively marketing insurance products.

You will develop and maintain client retention, conduct policy reviews, resolve complex issues, and sell coverage to both new and existing customers while thriving in a supportive, team-oriented, growth-focused office.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsabilités
