Sure Steel is looking for an Account Manager to support and grow its existing client base nationally. This role involves deepening relationships, providing excellent service, and enhancing value within long-term accounts.

The ideal candidate will manage client communications, identify opportunities for growth, and work closely with project teams. Candidates must have a strong background in construction or client services, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction, client services, account management, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of the construction or steel erection industry preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication.
• Identify new opportunities within current accounts for repeat business.
• Act as the primary contact between Sure Steel and assigned clients.
