Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities within your customer base.
• Coordinate pricing and rate requests with internal teams.
• Submit and manage customer RFPs.
• Partner with Operations, Credit, Pricing, and Customer Service to deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain detailed customer information in our CRM.
• Ensure shipments are billed accurately.
