We are seeking a growth marketing strategist to own the financial architecture behind every marketing dollar, building models, measurement systems, and operating rhythms that drive compounding growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing finance or FP&A.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with data-driven mindset.
• Experience with investment banking, private equity, VC, or management consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing financial operating plan including budget, ROI analysis, and tradeoffs.
• Develop CAC, LTV, and payback models at channel/cohort level.
• Tie marketing spend to acquisition, retention, and revenue in a single source of truth.
• Forecast impact on growth and unit economics, with clear metrics and targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to size tests, set success metrics, and enable AI-driven automation.
