Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to support de novo, acquisition, pricing, and growth-investment analyses. You will maintain financial models, analyze market data, and translate findings into growth decisions for senior leadership.

Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Finance, you will help optimize ramp, IRR, and payback metrics while Cornerstone expands with 100+ new offices annually through de novo openings and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling skills including IRR, payback and DCF.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to synthesize large, multi-location datasets into clear, decision-ready analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (de novo, M&A, pricing) under deadline pressure.

Responsabilités

• Maintain de novo economic model: update ramp, breakeven, payback, IRR each cycle.
• Assist with white-space analyses to quantify addressable demand and high-return markets.
• Maintain market prioritization framework; update demographics, payer mix, labor supply and wage pressure inputs.
• Track de novo performance vs underwriting and recalibrate ramp assumptions by cohort.
