Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance to help drive growth with new practice partners and evaluate organic and inorganic opportunities across the portfolio. You will build financial models, analyze data, and communicate insights to leadership to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of work experience desired.
• Experience in transaction advisory, consulting, corporate M&A/finance, or investment banking preferred.
• Healthcare services experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understand GAAP and financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A processes and diligence workstreams with findings presented to management and Business Development.
• Evaluate strategic projects including capital investments, growth opportunities, and service line expansion.
• Support evaluation of opportunities by identifying risks and opportunities.
• Prepare materials for Executive Investment Committee presentations.
• Build and maintain financial models to support transactions and plans.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify variances and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with FP&A, accounting, and operations as needed.
