MacStadium is seeking a Product Manager to own and optimize the entire user journey, from first engagement through long-term retention. You will reduce churn, improve signup-to-meeting-to-purchase conversion, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and support to enhance onboarding and messaging across the MacStadium ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools
• Experience mapping multi-step customer journeys and using data to reduce friction
• Proven ability to reduce churn and improve signup-to-purchase conversion
• Ability to align engineering, marketing, and GTM teams on a shared roadmap

Responsabilidades

• Map and optimize the buyer and user journey from awareness to adoption, across MacStadium’s ecosystem.
• Collaborate across departments to address churn drivers and implement retention improvements.
• Lead onboarding and messaging optimization for signup-to-first-meeting and lead-to-purchase stages.
• Partner with domain PMs (Orka, Remote Desktop/Citrix) to ensure a cohesive experience.
• Track AI, clustering, and automation opportunities and translate them into growth opportunities.
