Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity International Headquarters is seeking a growth-minded Growth Consultant to lead campus expansion and recruitment efforts, establishing new chapters and supporting provisional groups.

This full-time position emphasizes on-site expansion (with remote work considered), coaching existing chapters, travel to campuses, and collaboration with university partners to advance the SAM 2030 strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Understanding of fraternity life and campus culture.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.
• Preference given to Sigma Alpha Mu members.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site expansion projects each semester, managing timelines and recruitment.
• Support multiple expansion projects per academic year with coaching.
• Contact leads personally and follow up in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with campus stakeholders and alumni partners.
• Coordinate events, marketing materials, and budget tracking.
• Document activity in ChapterBuilder and Salesforce, reporting progress.
• Serve as liaison to partner organizations to build growth pipelines.
• Recruit and train alumni volunteers to support expansion efforts.
