This role requires a deep investment background, strong communication, and willingness to travel across North America; hybrid work with up to one day from home.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with US equity strategies, preferably US mid-cap growth or small/mid-cap equities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to navigate a global investment organization and collaborate across teams.
• High energy and leadership with a track record of supporting commercialization efforts and driving initiatives to completion.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools and workflows for analysis and content generation, while ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary US Mid-Cap Growth Equity portfolio specialist contributing to portfolio, market, performance, client, and product discussions.
• Own the strategy’s commercial and investment narrative with portfolio managers to ensure clear messaging for diverse audiences.
• Build deep partnerships with portfolio managers to accurately represent their process and views.
• Articulate investment philosophy, process, positioning, performance, risk, and relevance to clients.
• Drive commercial growth through client engagement, prospecting, consultant support, and distribution partnerships.
