You will link portfolio management with client communications, shaping investment messaging, and partnering with distribution and analysts to translate insights into clear client-ready content. This senior, client-facing role requires deep investment knowledge, 7–10 years of experience, strong presentation and relationship skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in the investment management industry.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated relationship-management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading or helping lead a strategy, franchise, or product group.
• Client-facing experience and ability to partner with Distribution and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the Target Date Solutions investment team, contributing to portfolio, market, performance, client, product, and broader franchise discussions.
• Drive the strategy’s commercial and investment narrative with clear, consistent messaging across audiences.
• Partner with portfolio managers to accurately represent their processes, positions, and views with clients and distribution partners.
• Act as a Target Date strategy expert, articulating philosophy, process, positioning, and risk.
