Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) seeks an Associate/VP to work with senior investors, evaluating opportunities, analyzing financials, and monitoring portfolio companies within a leading private growth platform. This role offers exposure across private equity and growth strategies within a globally integrated firm.

You will partner with teams across Investment Management, Institutional Securities, and Wealth Management to drive investment outcomes and contribute to the firm’s growth

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience in growth equity, venture capital, private equity or investment banking.
• Technology coverage or technology experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research on macro themes, investment ideas, and target assets.
• Build financial models for company projections and transaction scenarios.
• Produce investment memoranda and support materials on investment opportunities.
• Coordinate with advisors and consultants on due diligence items.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and interface with management teams.
