Qualifications

• Approximately 4 years of relevant experience across investment banking and private equity.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience executing complex transactions and due diligence.
• Infrastructure sector experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on macroeconomic trends and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain financial models for valuation and portfolio monitoring.
• Prepare investment memoranda and committee materials.
• Lead due diligence with management teams, advisors, lenders and counterparties.
• Support sourcing and origination through industry relationships.
• Monitor portfolio performance and analyze operating results.
