Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years’ experience in growth equity, venture capital, private equity or investment banking.
• Technology coverage or technology experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on macro themes, investment ideas, and target assets.
• Build financial models for company projections and transaction scenarios.
• Produce investment memoranda and supporting materials on opportunities.
• Coordinate with advisors and consultants on due diligence items.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and interface with management teams.
