Krea in San Francisco is seeking a Growth Engineer to own growth systems from onboarding to monetization. You’ll work with growth, product and design teams in a hands-on role, using SvelteKit and TypeScript, with data in ClickHouse and Postgres to drive activation, retention, and revenue.

You’ll design experiments, ship features, and build analytics pipelines to ensure trusted metrics and impactful growth in a fast-growing consumer/prosumer product.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering on growth, monetization, or activation teams
• Real Svelte or React experience
• Strong SQL and experimental design skills
• Track record of shipping changes with measurable impact
• Ability to own end-to-end initiatives from hypothesis to shipped results
• High ownership and speed; founder mindset
• Clear written and verbal communication
• AI-native mindset to multiply output

Responsabilidades

• Own the funnel in code: build and iterate signup, onboarding, activation and upgrade flows
• Run experiments at speed: design, ship, and analyze A/B tests across pricing, onboarding, and lifecycle touchpoints
• Build growth infrastructure: own event tracking, attribution, and analytics pipelines (ClickHouse, Postgres)
• Scale acquisition channels with engineering: programmatic SEO/AEO surfaces, shareable outputs, referrals
• Power lifecycle and monetization: ship triggered emails and in-product messaging, plan/billing improvements
• Support launches: collaborate on landing pages, waitlists, and launch mechanics for traffic spikes
• Automate with AI: develop internal tools and workflows using AI agents
