Krea is seeking a Growth Engineer to build product surfaces and systems powering discovery, adoption, and payment for creators. You will join the growth team, collaborating with the Head of Growth, product engineers, and designers, owning growth problems from insight to experiment.

You’ll work mainly in SvelteKit and TypeScript, leverage ClickHouse and Postgres, and measure activation, conversion, retention, and revenue.

Formación

• 3+ years of full‑stack engineering experience on growth/monetization teams.
• Real Svelte or React experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experiments design.
• Track record of shipping changes that moved a metric.
• End‑to‑end ownership from hypothesis to shipped impact.
• High ownership and speed with a founder mindset.
• AI‑native approach to using AI and agents.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Taste with a strong point of view on creative product experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own the funnel in code: build and iterate signup, onboarding, activation, and upgrade flows.
• Run experiments at speed: design, ship, and analyze A/B tests and build experimentation tooling.
• Build growth infrastructure: event tracking, attribution, and analytics pipelines.
• Scale acquisition channels with engineering: programmatic SEO/AEO, shareable outputs, referrals.
• Power lifecycle and monetization: ship email and in‑product messaging, plan and billing improvements.
• Support launches: landing pages, waitlists, and launch mechanics for traffic spikes.
• Automate with AI: use AI/agents to build internal tools and workflows.
