Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a hands-on, growth-focused full-stack engineer to own critical pieces of our product-led growth funnel. You will drive signup, activation, and onboarding experiences, and partner with leadership to raise activation and conversion metrics.

You will instrument funnels, analyze user behavior with SQL and product analytics, run experiments, and implement end-to-end improvements across developer-facing frontends and backend services using React, TypeScript, Next.js,

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience in startups.
• Proven ownership of conversion/activation funnels and metrics.
• Experience building for developers (APIs, SDKs, docs).
• Skilled in A/B testing and funnel analytics.
• Proficient in React, TS, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with Python, LLM APIs, product analytics.

Join a small team at an AI infrastructure SaaS company, building the product experiences that help developers discover, adopt, and keep using its tools. You will own key parts of the product-led growth funnel and be accountable for improving measurable conversion and activation outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion experiences from end to end.
• Instrument the funnel, analyze user behavior, and use data to identify growth opportunities.
• Form hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate based on results, including learning from unsuccessful tests.
• Build full-stack product improvements across developer-facing frontend surfaces and their supporting backend systems.
• Partner with leadership to shape the growth roadmap and deliver measurable outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience, including growth work at an early- or growth-stage startup.
• Experience personally owning and improving conversion, activation, or funnel metrics for a product-led growth experience.
• Background building for developers, such as APIs, SDKs, documentation, or interactive product tools.
• Practical experience running A/B tests and analyzing funnels using event tracking, SQL, and product analytics tools.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and SQL; familiarity with Python, LLM APIs, product analytics, and monitoring tools is useful.
• A track record of using AI coding tools in day-to-day development and seeing projects through from launch to measurement.

Base salary is $235,000 to $260,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
