Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Build For Growth Mechanical Engineer I at Ravena Cement Plant, NY. The role supports operation and maintenance of plant equipment and helps implement condition-based maintenance programs as part of the Build4Growth initiative.

The learner-focused program spans 14 months with on-the-job assignments and projects, preparing new graduates for key maintenance and reliability responsibilities in our cement operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of work experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of plant equipment.
• Monitor CBM programs and maintenance systems.
• Assist in creating PMRs and BOMs for new equipment.
• Perform root cause analyses to eliminate recurring issues.
