Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in GTM, Growth, SDR, BDR or outbound sales.
• Experience building outbound campaigns and account-based strategies.
• Familiar with GTM tooling and AI/sales automation.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound strategy and pipeline generation for enterprise customers.
• Build ICPs, account plans and multi-channel outreach campaigns.
• Partner with founders and customer teams to drive commercial success.
• Use AI and data to optimise campaigns and influence product development.
